• A bankers’ cheque of ksh.1000 (non-refundable) addressed to Principal Secretary, State Department for Livestock Development (Application fee)
• Your telephone contact
• E-mail address
• Copies of your academic certificates
• National ID
• Birth certificate
• Secondary school leaving certificate
• Two recent passport size photographs.

NB/ Attach copies of your academic certificates, your national ID, birth certificate, secondary school leaving certificate and two recent passport size photographs.
